About me

A space to understand you, support you, and help you move forward.

From a young age, I was particularly sensitive to the suffering of others. Over time, I discovered that many people around me came to me for support, even those who barely knew me. This ability to listen and offer companionship unknowingly shaped my path toward my profession.

Psychology came into my life during my first year of medical school. At that moment, I realized there was a tool that could give meaning to many of the things I observed in people: their emotions, their behaviors, and the often invisible motives behind them. It was then that I decided to dedicate my life to this discipline.

My way of understanding psychology is simple: to accompany you so that you learn to help yourself.

I have been a psychologist for over twenty years, trained in cognitive-behavioral and systemic therapy. Throughout my career, I have supported people through a wide range of processes: from managing anxiety and anger to improving mood, building self-esteem, grief counseling, overcoming addictions, and improving personal relationships.

In therapy, my goal isn't to tell you what to do, but to help you understand yourself better so you can make more conscious decisions that are aligned with your true self. I firmly believe that everyone has within themselves the resources needed to change and move forward, although sometimes they need a safe space to access them.
